Do you qualify for $2000 Warehouse421 revival fund?
The programme is open to all creatives in the MENASA region
Over the last few months, along with most industries, the art and creative world has been riding out the pandemic hoping to get back to work as soon as possible. Abu Dhabi arts and design centre Warehouse421, which dedicates itself to nurturing creative production across the region, is looking to help. At the beginning of May the institution launched its Warehouse421 Project Revival Fund that aims to alleviate the disruption affecting creative production impacted by the challenges arising from the Covid-19 situation.
Visual artists, curators, literary creatives, designers and musicians in the MENASA region, are encouraged to apply online to receive monetary packages that can go up to $2000.
Applications are available on Warehouse421's website in both Arabic and English, and the deadline for submission is May 30.
Applicants must be over 21 years of age.
Applicants affected by the cancellation of projects as a direct result of COVID-19.
Applicants must be based in the MENASA region.
Projects must be engaging with issues that are relevant to the region.
Applications must be for in-process projects that have been affected.
Eligible Applicants are the ones not currently receiving financial support for their practice.
