Workout weekends with Mohab

Mohab Samak is a successful corporate sales and real estate professional. His day starts  with getting suited and booted on the weekdays (and sometimes even on the weekend) and he heads to his office following his motto 'Always Be Closing'. "However, I allocate time every day for a workout and spend plenty of time with my daughter, in addition to making sure I have fun whenever I can," said Mohab.

Easy breezy Thursdays
My weekend starts with Thursdays and lots of work. I kick start it with a good and intense workout. I go for a high-intensity gym session or cycling and that makes me feel that I have started my weekend on a good note. I try to spend as much time as I can with my daughter. I love catching up on TV shows and movies on Thursday night after my gym session.

My daughter, my life
I like to wake up early on Friday morning and go for a long workout. Following that, I go for a big breakfast with my friends usually at Cafe Bateel or Bakers and Spice at Dubai Marina. Following prayer time, I go out with my daughter. We shop, eat, play - these are the best moments of my life. Friday nights are usually spent with friends. I like to sleep early because I am an early riser.

Work out time
Call me a nerd or dedicated fitness fanatic. But even Saturday morning starts with a workout. I have lost 30kg in six months. Hence I stay loyal and focused on my fitness routine. It brings joy and happiness to my life. I also try to do as many activities as I can which I normally cannot do during weekdays. I prefer taking it easy on Saturday nights so I can stay focused to kick start the new week with renewed energy. As told to Arti Dani
